Paul Wilson (b. 6th January 1935, Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A., d. May 1988)
and Johnny Carter (b. John Edward Carter, 2nd June 1934, Chicago, U.S.A. d. 20th August 2009, Harvey, Illinois, U.S.A.).
